Suggest Treatment For Low Heart Rate With Family History Of Heart Problems

I am 63 male feeling fine,approx 11st 7, 5ft 8. i give blood when asked, (3 times a year). family history of heart problems though. mother needed a pacemaker . i have recently had an ECG which appeared normal though my heart rate was 42bpm, do i need to take this further?

Many need Holter monitor and Stress ECG – the need and urgency are dictated by the symptoms and clinical findings
The treating alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture
