Hi Doctor, I am 37M. I m alcoholic since 10 years and having field work with stress. I do not do any physical activity. My concerns are: 1) Less interest in sex has been developed in last few months. Interest developes after One day of intake of alcohol and lasts for 2 Days. No complaint of erectile dysfunction. 2) Fat accumulation on abdomen. Any supplement ? 3) Sun tane and dark spots on face. 4) Dry scalp and dandruf. I am smoking 5-6 cigarettes per day. Not on any medication. So far lived healthy life.
