Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Your basic problem is your life style itself. You are talking about loss of libido and goes on there is no problem with your erection. Libido is mostly related with male hormone. But in your case, I don't see any hormone related problems.

Your alcohol and cigarette consumption are the basic factors you should blame. Coupled with stress, those two are capable to destroy your libido. Lack of general exercise and physical activities are also a deciding factor. Entertainment also counts. Most of all, libido is directly related to your love and affection towards your wife, provided all other physical parameters are alright. I suggest you to consult a psychologist or sexologist for further advise.
