From the available description it appears that you might be sffering from attention deficit hyperactive disorder which is found in almost 3-4% of boys and 2 % of girls. Most of the cases remain undiagnosed in country like India because of lack of awareness and unavailability of health professional at grass root level. In my view see a psychiatrist along with your parents (preferably mother) to get thoroughly investigated. Your psychiatrist will ask more history like hyperactivity and birth details from your mother. Please get informed about the same disorder yourself and educate yurself so you can take better care.
