Suggest Treatment For Loose Stools And Stomach Cramps

I have had very loose stools since I moved across the country a year and a half ago, I thought it was caused by my chamge in diet and would eventually go away, for about the last 2 months, it has worsened to stomach cramps, and white foam when I make a movement, what could be causing this?
