Suggest Treatment For Loose Stools And Diet

hi,
my daughter is 2 yrs and 3 months old, last week she got fever on tuesday and wednesday, she is okay on thursday, for fever dr prescribed (ascoril, calpol, and another one medicine) but on friday she got loose stools two times after 1/2 hour she started some greenish stools and then we went to hospital, dr prescribed entergermina, bacigyl-n, flora-bc. after that green stool on friday, she is not moving any stools till saturday afternoon, on saturday afternoon there was normal stool, so i did not give the medicines (entergermina, bacigyl-n, flora-bc), but saturday i gave milk to her, then sunday morning again she got loose stools and then i gave medicines (entergermina, bacigyl-n, flora-bc), afterwards she got loose stools with some green color, is the loose stools will get clear? or it may require some other treatment? what are the foods i can provide her?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection then it may not needs any antibiotic as the child is given here, and if this is the bacterial infection then antibiotic is needed but it has to be given in proper dosages with specific time period and it is not the symptomatic drug that can be stop once found no symptom as you did here, let me inform you that once the antibiotic started then it can not be stop least concern what the symptoms are there or not, (But antibiotic should have been given with proper diagnosis ),now it is advisable to stop all the drug and just wait and watch because most of the diarrhea are self limiting may not need any treatment, if the symptoms persist then it may needed investigations for right diagnosis, your further question will be appreciated hope this information helps.
