Hello,

Don't take any medication without consultation. The causes can be:
• Proctitis
• Enteritis
• Bacterial dysentery
Amebic dysentery
Giardiasis, etc.

Your stool routine micro examination and proctoscopy examination can be done. If pus cells present than Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole combination drug given to cover large range of bacteria. If no improvement then stool culture can be done. Avoid excess spicy foods.

Consult physician for examination and further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
