Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion, Fever And Vomiting In A Child

My baby is 7 month old and from last 5 days she is having acute loose motion and fever and vomiting I have tried emset cyclopalm crocin on doctors recommendations but there is no antibiotic prescribed yet .what should I do and please suggest the dosage for the same

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have loose motion, fever and vomiting in a child which is due to gastrointestinal infection in your child and it could be due to intake of contaminated water. I would suggest you to give child proper antibiotic course to combat against infection. You should give child plenty of water and fluids. Visit pediatrician once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests and culture and sensitivity of stool. You should start treatment according to sensitivity report. If fever will also be there keep continuing with crocin.
