Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems intestinal infection
* Guidelines for better recovery

- drink plenty of liquids with oral rehydration salt solutions
- soft light diet at intervals with preferable fresh curd
- avoid oily , spicy , non veg stuffs at present
- maintain BP , blood sugar levels
- avoid exposure to heat
- in our clinic we recommend to take proton pump inhibitors (as prilosec)
antibiotic as metronidazole , pre pro biotics for faster recovery
