Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion And Abdominal Cramps

Hello.. from 12th or 13th of this month I am suffering frum loose motion and abdominal cramp. Last week I admitted in hospital for this reason,doctor suspected acute gastritis,so they have given saline,Ofloxasin and drotin. I dischrged before 5-6days...I was ok after having the medicine of Pan 40 and Nexito in regular. ..but suddenly d loose motion have started from today and it was all most 7-8 times with blood. What medicine I can take for my recovery??

The fact that you are noticing blood with the loose stools may imply that it may be related to a bacterial infection.

It is possible that the infection may resolve but some bacterial infections require antibiotic therapy eg salmonella

It would be best to have a stool sample done to assess for the the cause of the diarrhea.
Antibiotics may be needed.
