Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Passing the stool 3 to 4 times in a day could be normal. Passing the stool after meal is very common condition and it does not indicate any illness and no need to worry about this neither it is due to the hormone changes or menses related.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
