Hi,
It is a common observation to find loop of cord around the neck as nuchal cord many-a-time as the fetus winds itself around the cord during movements. There is no possible rectification by any means. It has to correct by itself as the baby moves again. Regular sonogram observation to see if the loop is persisting or not is often helpful. At 32-33 weeks, if the loop is still seen, you can have a non-stress test to see if there any fetal compromise due to the loop. Thus further management can be planned. Wish you safe motherhood.
