Suggest Treatment For Liver Cirrhosis

Hello Doctor I am a 49 year old male diagnosed with cirrhosis in Feb 2014. and I am currently listed for transplant. At the time of diagnosis my meld score was 21, it is now holding steady at 8, what is going on. I was in a decompensated state with fluid build up, jaundice, etc.. Today when I tell people I have liver disease they look at me with a puzzled look because I show no physical symptoms. I have had two episodes of hepatic encephalopathy. I can spell this only because when I got ill I committed to learn everything I could about what I was up against. The encephalopathy was caused due to people that where no qualified to change my medication took me off lactulose and put me on pain killers and anti anxiety medication. I have not had a episode for 2+ years but my doctor will not let me drive which makes going back to work difficult. What can I do to convince my doctor to take the leash off and give me my life back without insulting him?

fatty degeneration is taking place. decompastated means there is no improvement by its own. avoid hepatotoxic food medicine or alcoholic beverage there will be hepatic enlargement there might be reason for which you are not allowed to drive other medicines are for symptomatic problem like constipation anxiety. for transplantation you have to barrage done it will be better if son son donate and there wont be problem of rejection. a small portion can be donated.observe for development of ascitis icterus and loss of appetite. liver function test can be done for monitoring.
