Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Rapid Heart Rate

Did I have a heat stroke? I got overheated today as the ac quite working in my car. It was 100 degrees outside and I had a 45 min drive. I am 47 and severely Anemic. I began to feel light headed and dizzy and had trouble breathing, rapid heart rate, then my arms and hands were buzzing and also legs. My right hand became stiff and difficult to move. I was barely able to get my key in the door and had trouble walking. Once inside, I layed down in the ac and drank water. My symptoms slowly went away. I slept for 2 hours. I still feel week and tired. Should I go to the Doctor to be checked out? It was a very scary experience.
