Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Dizziness

I have been feeling really light-headed and dizzy lately. It is not from standing up too fast, because I am on my feet for most of the day. Also, it is not from not eating or drinking enough because I do both. This has been happening recently pretty much everyday for the past week.

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your blood pressure has to be checked to rule out hypertension or hypotension and corrected accordingly ....

Your otoscopy ear examination should be done to rule out ontological cause as they can lead reffered headache and dizziness as well....

If inflammatory swelling more in ear canal than short term steroid needed ...

Check your blood sugar level and rule out hypoglycemia as it can lead dizziness ...

Investigate with HB estimation also for rule out anemia and if needed b12 level checked ....and corrected if deficiency there ...

If you are having viral infection than along with congestion and headache dizziness can occur ...symptomatic management done for it ...
