Suggest Treatment For Ligament Tear And Nerve Damage

Hi there, I m 51 year old female and have severe pain in my inner left elbow which I am losing strength in my arm/hand. I may have damaged nerve or torn ligament. I had an MRI a year ago on my upper spine which just showed someone deterioration which isn t uncommon. If it is torn ligament what should I be doing for it? If it s a damaged nerve then what can they do to repair it?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is necessary to confirm the torn ligaments and for that you have to get done the MRI test (Repeat test) but it may not be the ligament torn, most of the time it could be the musculoskeleltal condition hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
