Suggest Treatment For Lichenoid Dermatitis On Lower Back

I had a biopsy done on an unpigmented round scaly lesion on my lower back. It came back as lichenoid dermatitis. I have had this bump on my back for several years, and also have one on my hand. The one on my hand has been there unchanging for at least 5 years. Is there something else that this lesion could be?
