Suggest Treatment For Lesion Near Anus

Dear Sir, I am 33 year old. Since last one & half month I am facing problem of pain while stooling. Visited Surgen within 2 week of start of problem. He said that it is minor cut (cheera) at anul location and said it is fissure and suggested to apply Anobliss cream along with hot water tub seating.I continue the same but problem persists. Then I visited another surgen he also told it is fissure and changed cream with new name Smuth . I am regularly applying the cream and taking hot water tub . But problem is not solved yet. It is giving pain while stooling and it persists for first half and little bit decrease in second half. Please help me with following queries. 1) Which creame is better for healing fissure. 2) How much time it take to recover ? 3) What additional precautions I should take ? 4) Is there any permanent solution for this problem. 5) I am taking Ayurvedik medicine along with alopathy. Does it make any problem ? DHARMENDRA

Thanks for posting in HCM.
From your description, it appears that you are not getting relieved from symptoms of anal fissures through medicated creams.
Instead of trying with creams and Ayurvedic preparations for long time and not getting fruitful results, it is better you get rid of this problem through cryosurgery. Also you need overcome constipation and hence use stool softners (laxatives) and consume high fibre diet, so that it will help you to pass stools easily.
