I'm having lower pain in my part of my stomach my Dr. Said it's what they call tench chin knot and I have a lot of scare tissue up there been giving me shot they relive it for a few day but the last few day but today I double over with pain on my left side .
Hello Pain in the lower part of left side in abdomen , relieved with injection , diagnosed "tench chin knot" . Still pain present or recurs , this type of pain may be due to these possibilities , these includes. 1 Left renal calculus or renal colic , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both kidneys and also urine culture and sensitivity test. 2 The next possibility of such pain may be intestinal tumor in colon. Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy . 3 Ulcer in colon or amoebic colitis is another cause of such pain . Stool examination will find out the reason . Because in amoebic colitis usually colon is palpable. In FEMALE patient . Ovarian cyst or salingitis is most common cause so please get in ultrasound of ovary to rule out cyst . In my opinion consult a "Gastro-enterologist " and get his opinion.
