Suggest Treatment For Left Abdominal Pain

Hi! So my period is 16 days late. Almost 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor because of some lower left abdominal pain. Doctor said pregnancy test was negative. Did transvaginal ultrasound and found free fluid in pelvic area. Doctor thinks it s my second ovarian cyst rupture. Constant pain went away but comes and goes now. I am just still wondering what it could be??? Didn t get much answers after that. Today I ve had some really bad heart burn and I think I ve had VERY light spotting here and there the past few days but not that much.

for heart burn can take antacid like omiprazol.if it is ovarian cyst then ovulation test can be done and follicular stimulating-hormone can be tried after taking opinion of gynechologist. for ovarian cyst rupture second opinion is to be taken.
