Suggest Treatment For Laryngopharyngeal Reflux

Hi, i'm a 41 y/o female, 5', 107 lbs. diagnosed laryngopharyngeal reflux. i was advised to take nexium 40 mg q.d., ganaton 50 mg tid, and ranitidine qd. i often have this feeling that after i have just eaten, i feel hungry again, daytime or night time. during daytime, when i feel hungry, i try taking a little snack to remove that hungry feeling. i was advised by the doctor not to eat after 8pm or 3-4 hrs before retiring at night. i have trouble sleeping sometimes because i feel hungry...does it mean i cannot eat even though i feel hungry? what do i do?
