Suggest Treatment For Lactose Intolerance Condition

My baby (boy) is 1.6 years old . 1 month back he had problem like whenever ever he had milk he used to get vomiting and loose motion , we went to doctor and asked us to stop milk then we stopped to give milk to baby. so was fine then we started again after 1 1/2 month so he is getting same problem now .. Please suggest@ advise us ?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Avoiding lactose containing foods .
Using diary products containing less lactose like cheddar cheese,cottage cheese, butter and regular yogurt.
Providing enzyme lactase from outside orally.
Soya foods can be used without any problem.
