Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding After Taking MP Forte

Hello Doc, i had my last period in the first week of July. When i missed my August menstrual, i took a pregnancy test and it was positive. Then i took MP Forte religiously. on 20th August. Waited for two weeks n my periods have not started since. So what must I do now. Im getting frequent urination n burps all day long. Mind is superbad, getting dizziness in morning sometimes n my tummy seems tight in upper abdomen.

Understnad your concern
MP forte is herbal medicine use for regularize the period but it does not induce bleeding or abortion.
As you are pregnant, it should be confirmed by USG scan or blood HCG.
You can induce bleeding by using abortion pill that is prescribed by gynecologist. These pills should be used under guidance and observation of gynecologist. Home use can cause threatens complication and can not be controlled at home. Mifepristone orally should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Bleeding will induced with in 30-40 minutes after using last pill of misoprostol.
And bleeding will last for 4-6 days. This process called medical termination of pregnancy and you should go for it, if you do not want pregnancy/child.
USG should be done after 14 days of using pill to confirm the successful induced bleeding process.
