Hello ma'am and welcome.

Sexual contact provides a connection and bond between two individuals. Not only this, sexual desire and libido are signs of good health physical as well as mental.

As you have mentioned only your husband being sexually handicaped, I am hoping you still have the desire inside of you. I would either way recommend both of you to visit a doctor and get elaborately examined, sexual intercourse can really change your lives.

A consultation with a psychiatrist would also prove to be beneficial for the both of you.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
