my erectile sensivity is loss.i feel loseness my penis.i am masturvating past 10 years .when i excited then i lose my erectility after drain out few drops.my age is 25ys.my wt.is 70 kg.my height is 6 feet .i am suffering from hydrocoel before 8ys and which is treat by surgery.i feel my erectility loss past 8ys.i will try to perform sexual intercourse but i can never.i will take ayurvedic medicin past 1ys but i will not any improvement.i am unmarried so never contoll my masturvation process till now.

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
There are two types of medical treatment in allopathy.
one is the group of drug which you can take before 1-2 hours prior masturbation like sildenafil or tadalafil.
These drugs generally causes headache as side effects.
Another is drug containing methylfolate+phosphodiesterase inhibitor(trade name tetrafol plus) which help to dilate penile vessels. It should be taken after meal both times for at least 15 days to see it is effective or not.
before taking drugs you must consult a doctor to get evaluated as possibility is there that your hydrocoel operation has damaged some nervous system of erection or not.
And above medicines should be taken after physical examination and written prescription of a doctor's only.
