Hi, I am having knee pain. My knee crunches all the time and pops. It hurts a lot as well like in the middle of the night I wake up with my leg straight and full on pain in my knee. I play tennis and walk a few miles a day. (Walking the gsd) what do you suggest?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
you may have meniscus injury or ligament injury of the knee. Mri of the knee should be done to confirm diagnosis. please get it done from radiology centre nearby you. Meanwhile wear long knee extension brace while walking. Tab ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day can be taken for pain relief. You need to consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby your area with report.
