Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Post Injury

the pain is on the right side of the left knee, I slip while taking a bath and don t know if I twisted it somehow but it is still painful even after a month of course I am not doing anything to relieve me of the pain cause it to me is still tolerable but it is starting to annoy me.

Hello,
If the pain is not severe then it is likely that you strained a tendon or ligament. Try using an elastic knee brace that you can buy at the pharmacy. If it is not resolving in another month then see a doctor. If you have bruising, swelling or tenderness to touch over a specific area then see a doctor sooner for an xray
