Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Caused By Arthritis
I have knee pain that is caused by baker cyst, meniscus tear and arthritis in my knee. Dr prescribed methyl prednisone pack and has worked well until I was walking up stairs too fast and my knee gave me a shot of pain that stopped me in my tracks a little while ago It s still hurts bad and I can t put pressure on it at all. I have some oxycodone left from another problem. I took the prednisone I was supposed to take for the day. Can I mix and oxycodone with the steroid?
Thanks for your question, No problem from mixing them ,,one of them is opioid and the other is corticosteroid But I prefer you to stop both and receive simple analgesia as Diclofenac 75 mg twice daily ..Glucosamine 500 mg containing drugs twice daily and to reduce your weight with avoidance of heavy activities of the knee.
