Suggest Treatment For Klinefelter S Syndrome

Gee this is great. If you can help on this one you will be a miracle. I have an adopted son who has klinefelters syndrome . His IQ is 70. He loves diapers. He loves them in any state. He is 24. He pees a lot in them. The house smells like pee and some times he just pee on the furniture He says he really would love to stop and cant.. He was sexually abused and neglected til he was removed from his original home. He is a good person besides that.

Thanks for following up. Our genetics always prescribed 1 medicine- Testosterone replacement therapy which allows a boy to undergo the body changes that normally occur at puberty, such as developing a deeper voice, growing facial and body hair, and increasing muscle mass and penis size.You should discuss dosage with endocrinologist.
2.Surgical treatment.Breast tissue removal if gynecomastia will create cosmetological defect
3 Speech and physical therapy. You should consult a speech therapist.
4.Educational support. Some tutors and teachers can help you
5. Fertility treatment.Some boys can have active spermatozoa,sperm can remove from the testicle with a biopsy needle and injected directly into the egg.
6.Psychological counseling and sedative therapy
