Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do a urine routine and culture to look for any infection and in case of urinary tract infection, you can start on antibiotics based on culture reports. If symptoms persist, get an ultrasound scan done to look for any lesions. Drink plenty of water.
