Suggest Treatment For Keloid On Right Shoulder

Sir,
My name is Nayan from Assam .Sir, after a bike accident on 9th January,2005 ,i have notice a keloid form on my right shoulder.i consult a skin doctor and treatment with steroid injection (3 times inject ) and i notice that the keloid is comeback.After 3/4 years back i consult a homeopath doctor from 1 year to till date but i have notice that the keloid is slowly spread and itch but only injure are not other side.. At present what can i do for this sir, please help me..

Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

I would advice you to use intralesional injection hyalase along with steroid injection.
If there is no improvement you can minimise it with fractional co2 laser.
I would advice you to consult your dermatologist or cosmetologist in person to discuss about number of sitting and for procedure.
