Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain In Knees

I just started using Instaflex for joint pain in the knees both from years of tennis and running, 3 knee surgeries. One on the left to remove a shattered Lateral Meniscus and 2 on the right knee to smooth down medial meniscus tears, first surgery one tear and 3 years later 2 tears I am still playing tennis and am very active I also have a part time pet sitting business aside from my full time job so there is a lot of wear and tear on my knees..I also have a very sensitive stomach and noticed that my stomach is upset when I take all 3 capsules at once, the directions do not say how many all at once or spread out during the day, Your thoughts???

Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from osteoarthritis of both knee .YOU ARE ALREADY TAKING Instaflex capsules . Its dose is three capsules per serving.In my opinion there is no harm in taking in divided doses if you have a very sensitive stomach.Dose is three capsules per day . For convenience it is given in singe dose. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
