Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain And Swelling

hi last wed haad a rash on nech which spread to back n face, had enlarged lymph nodes of cervical n occiput region. over the weekend developed pain in the small joint of hands n feet with swelling. I have had measeles when young. also have taken mmr. my age is 45 female
