Suggest Treatment For Itchy Urethra

hi im having an itchy urethra. urinating relieves it only for few minutes . once the bladder is full itching starts again. itching increases in supine position. no pain during micturition. no fever with chills. im having this since 4 weeks.please help me. itching is present thoughout the day. i keep on fidgeting to relieve the itching sensation.no discharge either from urethra or vagina. im 21 years old virgin. no blood in urine

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Itchy urethra could be due to yeast infection (especially if you've been taking antibiotics) and possible intestinal worms.

Although still a virgin, have a swab testing done and stool examination for ova/parasites to determine the right diagnosis.

Please keep a good local hygiene. Chamomile douche can help. Take oral probiotics. There are some vaginal probiotic cream that can help if applied externally.
