Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Swollen And Red Toes

My toes are VERY Itchy... Appear slightly swollen and red. They also have slight cracking and have been for over a month. I have been treating them with lotrimin and lamasil with no luck. Should I be concerned that this is NOT athletes foot? Or should I just keep trying? Any other suggestions for treatment? Thanks a bunch!!!

Fungal infection of toe
Taenia pedis
Ingrowing of toenail

I would like.further information to help you better
whether you are diabetic
any history of trauma
