Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a problem with
scrotum lately it started to become super itchy and skin is drying up and some times when you try to ease the itchiness some of my skin peel off resulting from bleeding. You are worried and wants to get rid of this problem.
Your posting a clear picture would have helped me for on-the-spot diagnosis.
The commonest cause of such an appearance is
Dermatitis which is instigated in hot and humid atmosphere as seborrhoic dermatitis and then the additions dermatitis medicomentosa and allergy to soaps and deodorants come into foreplay.
I would advise you the following:
Clean the skin with plain water 4 times a day, tap dry and then apply liquid
povidone iodine.
Oral medications in the form of an antibiotic, low-dose
metronidazole, probiotics, anti-allergic with anti-itching properties, oral anti-fungal if required and multivitamins for good healing will cure your problems.
You have to avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Do not use tight underwear and pants.
I hope this answer helps you. If there is not much os a response, please
consult a Dermatologist.
