Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Coccyx

i have recently been on a tanning bed i think i may of slightly burnt my coccyx which is itchy but ive also came out in a rash all over which is uncomfortable, is it possible it is prickly heat ? however i have had some spaced out red blotches on my thighs for a few days since using the tanning bed so i am confused??

I understand your concern.
The rash on the coccyx is most likely due to pressure, heat and humidity. You should apply a steroid (like betamethasone) containing cream if you are having itching over this part. Relief from itching is very important as continuous itching and scratching may aggravate the rash to eczema or fungal infection.
The rash on the thighs may be due to prickly heat or fungal infection. It needs to be evaluated by dermatologist.
