I have a rash on both sides of my groin which itches and has some odor. I am wanting to know exactly what I might possibly have. I have not been sexually active in 15 years. However I have had this problem for some time and am curious if maybe I managed to procure an STD in the past.

This can be caused by fungal infection or other infection
It may be related to allergic reaction or poor hygienic condition
You can use Clotrimazole ointment or miconazole powder for time being
If it doesn't improve than you should see a doctor for physical examination and further course of action.
