Suggest Treatment For Itchy Feet And Ankles

Hi A few days ago my feet, ankles and hands became very itchy. There is a rash that looks red and blotchy and feels slightly rough. The itching is unbearable. I was at the beach last Saturday so I am wondering if it could be a heat rash? Or maybe dermatitis. Anything will help!
