Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy red bumps on ears, neck, both sides, knee, and top of feet which is due to many reasons like excessive sun exposure or allergy . The other reason of red bumps can be a skin infection. Need not to worry. You should exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skin. Apply aloe vera gel at night. Drink plenty of fluids and water to hydrate yourself. You should take benadryl to suppress allergic reaction. Give cold compresses for itchiness. If condition persist even after month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , antiviral , steroid drugs or isoteritenoin.
