Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps Between Anus And Vagina

I have biting itching infection in the ureatha bumps between anis & vagina that come when I use very hot water then disappear red bumps with a white head itches head itches hair falls out it looks course attached to my hair acts like the hair is alive moves like a magnet white fuzz ball with tails attach jumps I feel like something is attacking my whole body itching alot on my scalp Ive seen different doctors with answer maybe you can help me Living in misery can t get relief or a answer I think its springtails Morgellons snow fleas in furniture mattress rugs the walls blinds etc they are everywhere floats in the air lands on the hair & body

I really appreciate your concern, such infection may be due to fungal infection and this can be well managed with "Miconazole cream" apply this three times in day if not responded then this need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
