Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bump Caused By A Dog Bite?

Hello,
I was bitten by a dog and bite area is not swelled up but now just right above my ankle I feel a hard lump kind of itch.
I went to walk in doc and he said just keep a eye on it I also called health link and same thing wash it out run it under hot water .
What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern for this itching after the dog bite is unusual symptoms so you have to be more conscious for this in my opinion you have consult the dog bite department (If it is there ) that is the only option I could suggest here taking any treatment is not advisable, this could mask the clinical picture, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
