Hello and welcome to HCM,
The itching at the site of sting is due to release of certain chemicals which have caused irritation and thus itching.
Anti-histaminic is a group of drug which help to control the irritation caused by the jellyfish sting.
Local application of a soothing gel will provide relief.
Thus, without delay I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of the drug.

Thanks and tke care
