hi doc my two sons age 7and3.5yrs 2weeks back together develop skin coloured rash like tiny papules without discharge but thy r itchy.rash started from one arm to one leg .dermatologist suggested fusiderm b moisturizer emolient I used all but no effect .othet dermatologist duggested ti use benzyl benzoate suspecting scabies but it increased from one arm and leg to th other and also startedon abdomen now its more yhanvtwo weeks now plzz help me .they r not allergic to any thing so far .hajra.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity.You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Regards
