Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Swollen Labia Majora

Hi, For the past 4-5 months I have been experiencing swollen and irritated lips, irritated labia and an irritated and itchy anus only during my period. Symptoms begin on day 1 or 2 and last until day 5. I have been screen for a range of health concerns, including a number of STIs, and has come back clear. What could it be?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection or irritation from soap or napkins you use. Yeast infection can be ruled out by swab. Clotrimazole (monistat) application locally and fluconazole orally will be helpful for this. Avoid using soap and irritants to wash genital area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using intimate wash also will be helpful. Use loose underwear and hypoallergic sanitary pads.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
