Suggest Treatment For Itching On Hands And Feet

My hands and feet are super itchy. No noticeable rash or skin change. Took benadryl to stop itching and it does but when it wears off its just as bad or worse. I just finished a course of amoxocillan and also just spent a week at a hotel where I swam in chlorinated water everyday. Those are the only two things I can think of that are different than my normal routine.
