Hi, From the symptoms,it seems that you are having an infection of the vulvo-vaginal area along with urinary tract infection.
If i were your treating doctor,i would have prescribed you a course of anti-biotics, anti-fungal and ointment containing ofloxacin, clotrimazole and beclomethasone. Anti-fungal vaginal pessaries to apply for 4-5 consecutive nights would also be helpful.
To prevent urinary infection, you can have cranberry juice and an alkaliser.
I would also like to advise you some tests like complete blood count, urine for routine analysis and culture sensitivity, vaginal swab culture.
Please go and visit your GP so that he can advise you these tests and prescribe you the medicines in the required dosage.
Take care
