Suggest Treatment For Itching And White Discharge Around The Penis

I got some opning in underside of penis head. It is not giving any pus or sap. It is inside of prepuce. I am cleaning my penis properly two times in a day. But after every 2-3 hrs it starch itching and giving some white or grey waste inside of prepuce around penis head. What happened?

White discharge is smegma. Smegma is a combination of shed skin cells, skin oils, and moisture. In males, smegma is produced and can collect under the foreskin of penis. In males, smegma helps keep the glans moist and facilitates sexual intercourse by acting as a lubricant. Sometimes, large amount of smegma collects and cause irritation of mucosa of head of penis resulting in itching and redness. Also washing with soap frequently causes contact dermatitis.
Advice
1.     Apply Betnovate – C cream every 12 hours for 7 days
2.     Avoid frequent washing with soap
3.     Wash with slight warm water regularly every 3 days
4.     Apply Elovera cream after washing
