Suggest Treatment For Itching And Scaly Skin Between The Finger Nail And Toes

Hi, I have skin problem between my finger nails and toes its itchy and scaly at times there are small blisters ad quite painful and it is watery. What will I do? My others siblings
also have this and its been a year, ive used different antifungal creams but it did not improved.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of dyshidrotic eczema but I would like to rule out fungal infection by KOH scarping.

If KOH scrapping comes out -ve then treatment of dyshidrotic eczema requires a topical steroid+antibacterial cream twice daily for 2 weeks. An oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine once daily helps to control the itching symptomatically.
