Suggest Treatment For Itching And Red Rash

I have what looks like a red rash with yellowish middle. It's a patch that is about the size of 2 1/2 dollar coins. There are about 12 yellow centered areas. Heavy itching from this. It started yesterday morning and thought it might be a spider bite.

Hi.

I would urge medical help, along with immediate initiation of anti-histamine medication, the rash may increase in size and so it is best to visit a doctor at the ER.
