I suffer with IBS and I also have not got a gall bladder sometimes my food comes out whole I also suffer with anxiety as well I gert bloated wind gurgling and diarrea and sometimes constipation and also spasms and then I start to panic It is worst in a morningth

it sounds as if you need to get control of the IBS. consider seeing gastroenterologist. bentyl and simethicone can help with bloating and gas pains. they will not treat diarrhea/constipation.
